Christmas Funtions
Christmas Functions are very popular in November/December both for corporate and private enquiries. There are only a limited number Saturdays and Sundays that venues that can facilitate larger groups so booking months ahead is essential. Get your team department or a group of friends together and tailor Wine Tastings and lunch to your own liking. For Ala Carte formal sit down style dining generally groups over 10 will be on set menus and groups of 30 or more can also choose a delicious buffet at Soljans or Plume. There are casual lunch options as well like pizzas and platters at some wineries including The Hunting Lodge Lawn Bar and West Brook.
Corporate Incentives
Corporate Team building events is something NZWINEPRO has specialized in for 24 years. Our first corprate client was Allinghi/ Audimars Piguet – the Swiss Yachting sydicate and their famous sponsors in the 2003 Amercas cup. Since then, from Coca Cola to Air New Zealand, ANZ bank to KPMG we have facilitated hundreds of experiences for Blue chip companies and their teams. We also have Gift Vouchers that can be used as incentives or Team “Thank You”. Hens Parties
Hens Parties are as popular today as they have ever been and we love taking these groups of super fun ladies out. All the vehicles have great sound systems and games and intrigues can be incorporated into that special day with your besties. Venues like The Hunting Lodge Lawn Bar are the perfect place to hang out with a wide selection of beverages and food options available.
Pickup and drop-off options are from/to greater Auckland – Papakura to Kumeu, Half Moon Bay to Onehunga.
Outside these city limits pickups and drop offs are possible but may incur a fuel / driving time surcharge.
Cruise Shore Excursions
Cruise Shore Excursions and Ship Group Tours are something we have been specializing in for 24 years. Clients can be collected directly from Cruise ships docked on Princes and Queens Wharfs or those tethered and tendered ashore. Depending on the Ships departure time any of our listed tours can be adapted to depart earlier to ensure a safe margin is allowed to safely get clients back to their ship in time fo sailing. As well for ships getting into port late and departing late, tour departure times can be amended to make it easier and less stressful to disembark and locate the vehicle. We provide specific wharf maps and pickup instructions as well as 24hr contact line.
