This popular morning or afternoon tour is a great way to see the highlights of Auckland City. See the Waitemata harbour-front and affluent beachside residential suburbs. Tamaki Drive takes you through Kohimarama, Mission Bay, BastionPoint and St Heliers village.

You’ll have spectacular views of Waitemata Harbour and Manukau harbour, Rangitoto, Motehe and  Waiheke Islands. On a clear day you can see the stunning Coromandel Peninsular.

Next see Remuera & Parnell Village and drop by the magnificent Auckland War Memorial Museum.

You will visit Mt Eden Volcano, one of Auckland’s most iconic landmarks.
It’s a short 15 min uphill walk to the summit to see the crater and enjoy 360° views of the greater city, Hauraki Gulf, Manukau and Waietemata harbours and both coasts.

Finally head thirty minutes out to Wine Country around Kumeu and taste wines at the cellar door of Soljans Family Wines Established in 1937.

At this Auckland Estate they grow Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinotage. Their contract vineyards in Gisborne, Hawkes Bay and Marlborough provide Muscat, Gewürtztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah

They also have an enviable reputation for their 10 year aged Tawny Port

Return to Auckland via the harbour bridge and visit Iconic Ponsonby Road, full of shops, boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants in this funky affluent colonial suburb.
