Waiheke Island Private Wine Escape Tour

This tour is specifically for bookings of 2 – 5 passengers

Go on an adventure to the wineries and vineyards on beautiful Waiheke Island. Just 35 mins from Auckland in the Hauraki Gulf you can sample world class Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Montepulciano, Pinot Gris, Viognier and Chardonnay. Try Allpress Olive Grove Olive Oil and take Lunch at Tantalus or Mudbrick Vineyard overlooking the stunning Hauraki Gulf and Pacific Ocean.

You will be provided with “Reserve” Fullers Passenger Ferry Tickets from the Auckland  CBD Pier 12 and met at the Island by your driver/guide for the day.

 “Reserve” return tickets ensure you do not need to queue and are guaranteed a seat onboard a more upmarket ferry. The standard ferry service in the weekends is half the price but can be chaotic and you are required to queue and there is still no gurantee you will be able to get on the ferry of your choice – Sometimes they reach capacity and you must wait for the next ferry.

Premium Wine Tasting Fees at three of the best  wineries on the Island   – wineries and vineyards we visit can include Kennedy Point, Te Motu, Obsidian, Tantalus, Obsidian, Goldy, Cable Bay Vineyard, Mudbrick Vineyard  and Jurassic Ridge

An open menu one course Ala Carte Lunch is included however venues are subject to availability on any given day and are sometimes closed for private events. 

All beverages with lunch are at the individuals or group’s own expense.

Transfers from your hotel or accommodation to the downtown ferry and at the end of the day from the ferry back to your hotel or accommdation are not included in the price.
