New Zealand Covid 19 Updates 1st September 2021
As the world slowly looks toward domestic and international travel again, we want to re-assure our clients that we are doing everything possible to ensure your safety. To that end, our health and safety policy follows recommendations from the World health Organisation and the World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) Safe Travel protocols for tour operators.
From 1 September 2021
We are currently not operating due to the Delta Outbreak, and Auckland remaining in Level 4 Lockdown. This is being reassessed weekly but our booking system is still taking reservations for future months
From 1 September 2021, everyone travelling on an NZWINEPRO™ tour must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of carriage
All travellers* are required to produce:
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- All children 12 and above must provide proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative COVID-19 test.
Tours are currently suspended and not operating at Level 3 & 4
New Zealand Regional Covid 19 travel restrictions apply
Auckland Region and Northland – Level 4
Waikato, the remainder of North and South Island – Level 3
Health Security Measures
All vehicles are deep cleaned between tours
Hand sanitiser is available at all times
Masks are required at Level 2 whilst travelling between stops
All wineries, restaurants and places we visit meet strict New Zealand Government standards of operation
All guides and crew members have been vaccinated and are thoroughly trained in COVID-19 safe protocols, including hygiene, sanitation, health screening and crisis management.
